MU Webinar: 6 Things to do Before the Year's End

New York, NY. 12/16/2015

CureMD, a leading Electronic Health Records, Practice Management and Medical billing service provider, conducted a thirty minute webinar on "Meaningful Use: 6 things to do before the years end."

Assistant Vice President Business Analysis CureMD, Matt Anderson, shared pointers for successfully meeting Modified Stage 2 criteria before attestation begins on January 6. A careful analysis of the changes, exclusions and what it means for participants in different stages was presented.

"This was probably the best MU webinar I have heard," commented Cheryl Bolling an attendee from the webinar.

Bilal Hashmat, CEO CureMD, acknowledged that Modified Meaningful Use had provided relief to providers. Though it had not lessened the confusion created by different quality reporting programs.

"There is confusion in the healthcare community about what to report and when," said Hashmat. "Getting it right is crucial not only to avoid penalties, but also to prepare for the Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) beginning in 2017. CureMD is constantly innovating for easier technology and educating providers so that we can be a doctor’s ally and partner in whatever comes their way."

Since the launch of CureMD knowledge hub, the organization has successfully educated providers on issues such as ICD-10, Meaningful Use and Healthcare Audits. The company also provides consultancy services to practices struggling with quality reporting requirements.

A recording of the webinar is available here.
