Privacy
We handle and use the data in the CureMD system in ways that respect privacy and obey state and Federal laws and regulations. Because it is a crime to falsely represent yourself as a doctor, CureMD maintains an audit trail of your registration.

Not for urgent or emergency situations
CureMD is not for use in emergency or urgent situations. You should instruct your patients to immediately contact their local emergency services in any such situations.

Freedom of choice
Your use of CureMD is voluntary and there are other forms of practice management and communication with your patients, pharmacies and labs.

Member Agreement
A CureMD Physician Agreement would be sent to you before you signup for this service.

Terms of Use and Legal Notices
Unless otherwise authorized to do so, visitors may not enter areas that are restricted to the authorized users of CureMD.
