These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for participating in the UXI Challenge organized by CureMD ("Organizer"). By entering the Challenge, participants ("Participants") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

Eligibility:

• Individuals who are atleast 21 years of age and have a Bachelor's degree in design and have a year of work experience.
• Employees of CureMD, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in organizing the Challenge are not eligible to participate.

Challenge Details:

• The UXI Challenge aims to solicit creative solutions for enhancing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of CureMD's software platform.
• Participants will be provided with specific design briefs, guidelines, and access to relevant resources to create their UXI design concepts.
• The Challenge will be conducted online, and Participants will be required to submit their designs via a designated platform or email.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• Participants retain ownership of their UXI design concepts.
• By participating in the Challenge, Participants grant CureMD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce their designs for the purpose of evaluating and promoting the Challenge.
• CureMD will not claim any ownership rights over the Participant's designs beyond the aforementioned license.

Submission Requirements:

• Participants must adhere to the submission guidelines provided by CureMD.
• All submissions must be original work created specifically for the challenge. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material or AI assistance is strictly prohibited.
• CureMD reserves the right to disqualify any submissions that do not meet the guidelines or contain inappropriate content.

Evaluation and Judging:

• The submitted UXI designs will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by CureMD.
• The judging criteria may include factors such as creativity, usability, visual appeal, and alignment with CureMD's brand and platform.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Winner Selection and Prizes:

• CureMD will determine the number of winners and prizes available for the Challenge, which will be communicated to Participants.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and winners are solely responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with receiving the prize.

Confidentiality:

• Participants agree to keep all confidential information received from CureMD during the Challenge confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

Disqualification and Termination:

• CureMD reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• CureMD may terminate or cancel the Challenge at any time without prior notice and without liability.

Indemnification:

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold CureMD harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of their participation in the Challenge.

General Conditions:

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and CureMD regarding the Challenge and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CureMD is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where CureMD is based.

By participating in the UXI Challenge, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional instructions provided by CureMD.
