  • 1. Eligibility: Individuals who are atleast 21 years of age and have a Bachelor's degree in design and have a year of work experience.
  • 2. Originality: All submissions must be original work created specifically for the challenge. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material or AI assistance is strictly prohibited.
  • 3. Theme and Guidelines: Participants must adhere to the designated theme or topics outlined in the challenge guidelines. Designs should align with the given criteria and requirements.
  • 4. Submission Deadline: Submissions must be made within the specified timeframe. Late submissions may not be accepted.
  • 5. Design Ownership: Participants retain ownership of their designs. However, by submitting their work, participants grant organizers certain rights to showcase, promote, and distribute the designs for challenge-related purposes.
  • 6. Respectful Conduct: Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, organizers, judges, and staff with respect and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • 7. Ethical Practices: Participants must uphold ethical standards and avoid engaging in activities that compromise the integrity of the challenge, such as cheating, manipulating results, or engaging in unethical competitive practices.
  • 8. Feedback and Critique: Constructive feedback and critique should be provided in a respectful manner. Participants are encouraged to support and help each other improve their designs.
  • 9. Confidentiality: Participants should respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information, data, or intellectual property shared during the challenge and should not disclose or misuse such information.
  • 10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights. Designs should not violate any legal or ethical standards.
  • 11. Disqualification: Violation of the code of conduct, rules, or guidelines may result in disqualification from the challenge, as determined by the organizers.

By participating in the UXI challenge, participants agree to abide by this code of conduct and the specified rules. Organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes or amendments to the code of conduct or rules as deemed necessary.
