I cannot Login to CureMD?

This can happen in two scenarios:

a. Your account has been deactivated upon the request of your office manager

b. You are logging into CureMD after a long period of time and have forgotten your username or password

You can have your username and password reset by either contacting your office manager who will have administrative rights to reset your password.

Alternatively, have a colleague create a support ticket on your behalf and a member of CureMD’s support team will contact the office manager to reset your login credentials.
