Vice President – Channel Partnerships (Remote)

Overview

To help keep pace with and accelerate our growth, we are looking for a hands-on VP of Channel Partnerships to expand our global team, identify new strategies and channels of opportunity, and maximize our existing partnerships and alliances.

We are seeking a VP of Channel Partnerships who is responsible for growing the overall channel business. This leader will be responsible for defining our channel go-to-market across various channels and scaling our existing portfolio of partners, as well as identifying, negotiating, and strategically scaling new association, referral, co-selling, and reselling opportunities. This role will cross-functionally collaborate with marketing and sales to drive sustainable revenue growth across all sales channels.

Work Location

United States (Preferably New York or Remote with up to 50% travel) This is a full-time position requiring up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build channel partnerships to grow novelHealth platform revenue.
  • Cultivate a culture of success with ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Craft plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals.
  • Participate in strategic planning.
  • Create and own detailed channel sales forecast
  • Monitor market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the leadership team and other company functions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and client services functions to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in a multi-faceted, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent public presentation and interaction skills, coupled with PC proficiency.
  • Self-Starter and ability to negotiate contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of E.H.R and technology platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth environments, ideally in sales or partnerships with 8+ years spent in business development, strategic partner management, or similar roles at a health or consumer technology company.
  • Experience working with EMR and other health tech organizations selling integrated solutions.
  • Deep domain expertise in Patient Engagement solutions.
  • Proven skills building go-to-market plans for channel and partner organizations.
  • Progressive track record for revenue generation driving sales in both direct and channel sales roles.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations.
  • Motivated, autonomous leader.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
