MassMutual Financial Group, a Fortune 500 company with over $450 billion in assets under management has partnered with CureMD to streamline its Employee Care Management operations. The company has successfully implemented the integrated CureMD platform, comprising Electronic Medical Records, Practice Management, Enterprise Scheduling, Medical Billing and Workflow Management for its 27,000 strong employee workforce.

CureMD is helping MassMutual integrate as well as measure and consistently manage employee care programs, while supporting occupational health-specific functions including preventive care, disease management, critical behavior change, lifestyle, activity and mental health counseling. The solution provides built-in guidelines and rules management engine, enabling MassMutual providers and administrators to gain better understanding of the employee population and its health status. It further allows them to align health policies with national standards.

With over 150 data mining reports, MassMutual administrators easily analyze enterprise-wide cost and utilization patterns, conduct extensive health risk assessments, review performance measurement indicators and control costs. The clinical reports help MassMutual track health behaviors, minimize risk factors, and reduce preventable illnesses, diseases and injuries, without which illnesses and injuries can continue to affect performance, productivity, and healthcare costs.
