The Value Added Resellers. CureMD will provide Level II support.

Can you guarantee no downtime?
No one can guarantee zero downtime but many steps can be taken to minimize downtime and its effects.
CureMD strongly recommends a UPS for the server for power failures. The technical services department can recommend a backup recovery plan that will facilitate data recovery. This plan includes mirrored hard drives, DAT backup tapes with a good rotation system, and off-site archiving. For more complete coverage against component failure, you will want to have a server with a RAID system and hot swap capability. You can also maintain backup sites to guard against site disaster.

All users will have access to call during normal business hours. Questions and problems will be responded to quickly.
CureMD offers a Disaster Relief value added service.
