The goal of our pre-visit services is to streamline your patient encounters and schedule management processes with complete registration, eligibility and referral management services. This service enables your administrative staff to give their undivided attention to your patients and look after them with the care that they deserve.

The following provides a complete list of services included in this package:

• New patients will be able to register within minutes following a streamlined process. Their demographic, insurance, family and responsible party information will be collected and added to your CureMD Practice Management System (PRS). Existing patients will have the ability to update their demographic, insurance, family and responsibly party information as and when required.
• All Scheduling and Appointment Management related calls will be entertained. Patients requiring new appointments, rescheduling, cancellations and other related services will be able to dial in and talk to your dedicated practice representative who will then follow scripted procedures to address all queries.
• Your practice representative will check eligibility for all new patients and update their accounts with comments stating the eligibility status. Regular eligibility checks are a proven method of improving your organization’s collection ratio.
• Adding new and managing existing referrals will be carefully done by your practice representative to minimize referral related claim rejections and improving revenues.
